Research on a Commercial Building Space Traffic Flow Design Based on Post-Occupancy Evaluation

The aim of traffic flow design in commercial building space planning is to create a comfortable, easily accessible, and identifiable spatial structure complex changeable business environment. However, modern spaces often appear be inconsistent with the usage requirements after they are put into use. To understand real experience evaluation users, this study selects project “Guangzhou Nanpu Times Commercial Building Space” as its subject. Based on post-occupancy (POE), uses analytic hierarchy process (AHP) construct an index system flow. weights satisfaction scores indexes calculated through expert interviews questionnaires analyze reasons for using facilities. We thereby obtain points provide scientific, reasonable, practical basis subsequent same type drive prosperity development commerce.
